According to the definition of atom it is the smallest unit of an element but as we also familiar that atom is divisible into further small particles like proton,neutron, electron..It is a system composed of charge nucleus and a number of electrons.Electron bears negative charge and proton has positive charge and as regard the neutron it is neutral having neither positive nor negative charge.The electrons travel in a orbits about the nucleus.Now when an atom is broken consequently it releases tremendous energy.In this way atom has become a source of energy. The discovery of atomic energy is one of the greatest scientific discoveries of the present age with both positive as well as negative aspect,.We may use or misuse this power.Now it up to the user weather in which sense uses positively or negatively.We may use it for destructive or constructive purposes.If we use it for the settlement of our dispute,the whole of the mankind will perish as a result, Use of nuclear power by USA forces at Hiroshima is the destructive or negative use of this discovery and contrary to this generation of electric power is its constructive or positive use .If we are sensible in its use we may have a better and happier world .In the constructive sphere atomic energy can work wonders.Pakistan is the 7th nuclear power in the world and first Islamic country having nuclear assets.Pakistan has very power full and strong command and control system to protect atomic assets from going to in the hands of terrorist.Pakistan is now a days using this power for the production energy,Chashma power plant is the best example where Pakistan is generating electric power at high level to meet the on going energy crises as Pakistan is facing acute shortage of the energy.`
