 OSCAR AWARD AND ENVELOP CONFUSION



On Feb 26,2017 the academy of Motion Picture of Arts ans Science (AMPAS) presented the annual academy award which is commonly known as Oscar award.It was 89th Academy Award ceremony.This historical ceremony commenced on Feb 26,2017 at 5;30 p.m PST .This event held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood ,Los Angles, California.

People struck with wonder when they were watching dramatic and incredible scene when La La Land was announced as the best film winner at the 2017 Oscar but fortunately or unfortunately at the same time  same award handed over to Moonlight after confessing mistake committed unknowingly.It was first time in the history of Oscar that such type of dramatic moment came.Amazing victory was about to touch the La La Land when it was noticed that the name of the film announced was wrong and in actual the film was Moonlight instead of La La Land .It was announced by Warren Beatty and i was an extraordinary and amazing scene believe me in my life i have not seen such type of mistake.I am not sure weather it was a genuine  mistake or joke it would be revealed later on but it is fact that this amazing scene shocked the world. 

Ultimately La La Land producer Jordan Horowitz, had to interfere the situation and he announced himself that ''you won best picture '' he affirmed that there is mistake.N ow the situation was bitter and surprising when Jordan Horowitz held up the respective card and showed the same card to the audience to justify his assertion.At that time mass crowd was in extremely shocking condition.Now question is who is responsible for this error?

Two important members of PWC counts the votes in ordered to solve griddle ,establishes the winners and put them in their respective envelopes and finally handing over to the award presenters.According to the statement of accountancy firm,they claimed that they always do good job since last 83 years and for the first time these relations could be in doubt due to this alleged blunder.Both the executive of PWC and Academy were found in extremely crises.Even later on PWC gave excuse statement ''The category envelop was given to the presenters wrongly and this mistake was corrected immediately,the matter is under investigation so for  and deeply regret for this occurrence.Ultimately the team of La La Land  handed over the gold statuettes to the Moonlight crew and team.According to the statement of Beatty in which he told that he was given wrong envelop and he did not willingly announced wrong name ,what was written in envelope i just announced that name .Moreover he added that ,he did not try to be funny.In the same way Emma stone told that  ''whatever story  you saw, i don't know what happened ''

Now the Oscar 2017 has been over for an other year but this time Oscar was really strange and surprising event.This event will remain in the hearts and minds of the people for ever and it would be very difficult to forget this event.People will keep on talking particularly regarding the PWC and respective administration will have to more meticulous and careful in the forth coming event Oscar 2018.
