It is believed that over population and pollution were considered two top most serious problems of the world in the recent past.But now a days AIDS and terrorism is touching  the top of the list .Today i will explore the causes and remedial action of AIDS in detail.AIDS is an acronym which stands  for '' Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.The alarming condition is at its extreme  and with the passage of time this  problem is worsening very rapidly.The AIDS virus is called HIV which is an acronym ,which stands for ''Human Immune -Deficiency virus'.Basically.HIV damages the white blood cell (W.B.C) consequently our entire immune system becomes useless because in our body white blood cells play a role of shield against the attack of disease.In other words now this condition brings  you at miserable condition and risk for specific type type of cancer and infections More over it is proved and confirmed that every HIV is not source of AIDS and it depends upon the condition of patient as well as on HIV.

There were two major reasons behind this disease as In 1980-1981  the discovery of this disease,AIDS was considered  to be the consequences  of homosexuality and poly sex ,but  after some time it was also discovered that  the disease virus was also found in persons  who were neither homosexual nor did they ever go to red light areas for prostitution or other sex addiction.The human body is very intricate and complex to understand. The motivating force of life is blood which is most significance and sensitive portion of our body ,consist  of red blood cell and white blood cell commonly known as  corpuscles and along with many other particles with in the blood  there is very advance defense system known as ''Human Immune System'' is present in our blood.This system consists of  of  two major mechanism for the defense of the body.One of these system is composed of very small and  tiny bodies called anti bodies.They are given the name of  anti bodies because they are anti to or opposes any body or particle entering the human body,blood stream.Bacteria or virus invade the human body .Here the  anti body search them,find them  and ultimately  destroy them.The other defense system depends  on a net work of immune cells.This system acts before anti bodies arrive at the spot.It  in fact stimulates the anti body system.and after this anti bodies come to action to protect our body from bacteria or virus.

How to treat some one in case when some one becomes a victim of this incurable disease? As a result of this this disease  the immune system in the body acquires some deficiency or abnormality.When the virus of this disease enter the blood stream the immune system does not act properly or leaves its function consequently  HIV cannot be knocked out.They began to grow there and they make it their home with in the body and dwell their and keep on developing and growing their viruses  till the suffering person goes in the hands of death

In addition to above said reasons there may be many other causes of this disease.Homosexuality and poly sex are the two prominent major causes.But they are not limited to these two reasons Beside this .Some hereditary causes may be an other cause which may be  transferred in very early life from parents or husband .It is possible that it may be due to transfer of saliva  from one body to an other in the form of french kiss or transfusion of blood from one person to an other.similarly use of used shaving blade or razor etc are common and frequent reason of this disease

The scientist day and night are busy to find out its easy and permanent  solution and hundreds of researchers are working on HIV killer.They are putting their best efforts to develop some root of antibiotic medicine to eliminate and eradicate  HIV.They also trying their best to find out a vaccine to nip the evil in the bud. Till some effective cure comes out it is our moral duty  that we should adopt and act upon some remedial  measures.cleanliness is the culture of civilized nations that is why we should always be neat and clean.We must keep ourselves away from AIDS patients.Utmost care should be taken while using syringe We should not use reusable syringe and we should avoid indulging in sex out side marriage as i have already mentioned that prostitution in any form is the vital cause behind HIV we should keep our sexual relation confined to legal life partner that is wife other wise illegal enjoyment of a few minute can spoil your whole life so be meticulous and care full pertaining to the your sexual relations.

There are a lot of misunderstanding and misconceptions regarding the AIDS.It is proved that HIV can be transmitted by basically three ways as appended below 

(1) Sexual transmission

(2) Perinatal transmission

(3) Blood transmission

More over HIV cannot be transmitted just `by shaking hand,by hugging,casual kissing,sneezing,by touching unbroken skin,mouth to mouth resuscitation,by sharing cutlery,by using the same toilet etc 

Let me sum up this issue with this bitter reality that AIDS is a terrible disease which has until now has devastated  thousands of lives through out the world.Now it has penetrated into my country, in Pakistan.The number of AIDS cases has increased many fold,and it is increasing day by day with an alarming speed.If adequate timely remedial actions  are not taken ,it will certainly adopt the shape  of an epidemic in the forth coming days.The most significant and crucial reason for the spread of  this deadly disease is the lack of knowledge and  illiteracy rate.Most of the 65% illiterate persons have not even heard the name of this disease .Ultimately they do not know the consequences of involving and indulging in this bad habits.Then many foreigners also bring this disease with them .More over  the spread of AIDS is supplemented by the careless and  irresponsible attitude of most of the doctors who do not take care during  blood transfusion or transmission from donors for the patient of AIDS. .Obscene films (Blue prints,xxx,adult contents,porn videos,sexual clips ) are also playing major role in  tempting the young man to indulge in sex abuses out side marriage.If we take some positive and suitable measures, the situation can be handled and improved in a positive manner. .The government should instruct and direct all  specialist and qualified doctors to have a regular check and record over each admitting patients.Blue films of all type as i have already mentioned should be banned strictly and the defaulters should be heavily punished and fined by taking strict disciplinary action.Illegal entry of the immigrants should be stopped .Lastly the government should launch AIDS awareness program ,telling people what AIDS is and how it can be avoided or cured.
